Landlords can review and verify outstanding water accounts for each owned property in the monthly Landlord Account Report. The report is an account balance snapshot, available during the 1st and 3rd weeks of each month. Log on below to view your report:

Landlords can keep Youngstown Water up-to-date with contact information and property portfolio changes, including property additions and deletions, via the following fill-in form:

Water Leak Detection

Youngstown Water's Advanced Metering Infrastructure platform enables two-way communication between Youngstown Water and customers. This enables the generation of Daily Consumption Reports, providing a diagnostic tool for detecting leaks, before they become costly. The report is a free service, provided to you by Youngstown Water.
