Automatic Monthly Bank Draft

Have your payments automatically deducted each month from your Savings or Checking account.

Please Note: Always check with your bank for the first bank draft, as it may take up to one complete billing cycle to begin.

  • Cancel your current automatic bank draft service with the following form (see below):

  • Make a one-time payment on your Credit or Debit Card.
  • Call (330) 742-8749 – Option 8 (Spanish language available).
  • Have your Account Number and Service Address (House Number only) available.
  • Follow the automated attendant prompts.
