Water - Cancel Automatic Bank Draft

Want to cancel the automatic deduction of your water bill? Fill out and submit the information below. You must submit this email request no later that 3 days before the due date of your current bill in order for the bank drafting to be cancelled, otherwise it will be sent to the bank and processed.

IMPORTANT:

• Enter your information and click Submit.
• When prompted to REVIEW your information, make needed changes or click Submit, again.
• Your information WILL NOT be sent until you REVIEW and click Submit the second time.
• By clicking the Submit button, I authorize the Youngstown Water Department to stop all future monthly automatic deductions of my water bill (those not already in process).
