Fire Safety Education Request

For purposes of fire safety education and instruction, the Youngstown Fire Department offers fire station tours, fire truck visits, and fire safety instructor visits. Fill out the following request form and a YFD staff member will contact you to coordinate scheduling.

IMPORTANT:

• Enter your information and click Submit.
• When prompted to REVIEW your information, make needed changes or click Submit, again.
• Your information WILL NOT be sent until you REVIEW and click Submit the second time.
