Nikki Posterli

Nikki Posterli joins the City of Youngstown's Administration from Mahoning County Children Services. While there, commencing in 2014, Nikki served as the Chief Financial Officer and Program Administrator of Business Operations. In addition, she served as the Accounting Administrator at the Mahoning County Treasurer’s office, 2007-2014.

In the private sector, Nikki gained recognition as Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager at Home Savings and Loan Company, where she worked from 1994-2007.

Nikki brings her experience in both the public and private sectors to her role as Director of Community Planning and Economic Development. Nikki also serves as Chief of Staff to Mayor Jamael Tito Brown and oversees City Departments and special projects on a day-to-day basis.

Nikki is a lifelong resident of the City of Youngstown. She graduated from The Rayen School and attended Malone University and Youngstown State University, where she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees (MSW), respectively.
