Background

The City has kicked off its investment with an in-depth strategic planning process funded by an Economic Development Administration (EDA) planning grant that will assess economic opportunities in the Crab Creek Corridor. Our consulting partner, AECOM, is in the final stages of the planning assessment and will be providing the city with a redevelopment plan in the coming months. The City is working diligently to develop additional plans that consider other quality of life improvements such as transit connectivity, site readiness, green space, and housing.
