The City of Youngstown has prepared its FY 2026 Annual Action Plan for its housing and community development programs.

The proposed FY 2026 Annual Action Plan (see link below) is available for public review and comments through June 17, 2026.

2026 CDBG & ESG Grant Application Period Open

The 52nd YR CDBG/HOME & ESG Application Period for 2026/2027 Fiscal Year is now open.

Applications are available from Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. through Tuesday, March 31, 2026 until 2:00 p.m.
