Free Grief Recovery Classes

The Youngstown City Health District is pleased to announce the following classes (flyer attached) being offered by our own Certified Grief Recovery Specialist, Theresa Sanchez.

Classes will focus on helping you deal with any type of loss, like that of a death, divorce, loss of a pet, moving, or really any relationship you that may have impacted you. This certified grief recovery process is evidence based and shown to work in the overall healing process.

Please register with Theresa at 330-742-8265 and join us at starting on September 19, 2024 for 8 weeks. Space is limited.
