Water - Landlord Re-Establish Service Request

If you are the property owner of record with the Youngstown Water Department and are requesting the water account be placed into your name to avoid disconnection of service or to have service restored, use the following form:

  • For any water needing to be turned on, there is a non-refundable Turn-On Fee ($40 for City residents; $44 for County residents).
  • You MUST attach supporting documents to complete the Release Form. The Youngstown Water Department reserves the right to deny any request based on prior delinquent balances and/or incomplete documentation.
  • Please use ALL CAPS when entering text.
  • Please allow up to 4 business days to process request

IMPORTANT:

  • Enter your information and click Submit.
  • When prompted to REVIEW your information, make needed changes or click Submit, again.
  • Your information WILL NOT be sent until you REVIEW and click Submit the second time.
