This NIA was defined geographically as the area enclosed by High Street, School Street, John Street, Mercer Street, and Glenwood Avenue. This NIA was defined geographically as the area enclosed by Alameda Avenue, Belmont Avenue, Delaware Avenue, and Wirt Boulevard.
