Michael Drummond

Mike Drummond has served the City of Youngstown since 2014 as its Traffic Engineer and Signal Superintendent, overseeing all day-to-day operations of Traffic maintenance, signals, and signage. Coordinating work within the Public Works Department, Blight Remediation & Code Enforcement, Water & Waste Water, Mike has commanded the City’s efforts around traffic, roads, equipment and more to aide in turning around Youngstown’s 958 streets.
