AT HOME IN YOUNGSTOWN: A Milestone Worth Celebrating

The City of Youngstown Community Development Division is proud to announce that the At Home in Youngstown down-payment assistance program has reached a tremendous milestone. All available funds have now been fully expended, helping more than 300 households achieve the dream of homeownership. We are thankful to all who participated.

At Home in Youngstown was made possible through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding, a one-time federal investment that was extraordinary in both its scope and flexibility. Its impact will be felt in our neighborhoods for years to come.

The City remains committed to advocating for resources that support Youngstown homeowners and will continue pursuing future opportunities to expand access to homeownership.
