Free leaf bags and curbside collection for residents in the City of Youngstown!

Leaf Bag distribution:
Starting October 1st while supplies last.
Bags can be picked up at our office between 8am and 3:30 pm at 9 W. Front St, Youngstown, OH 44503.
25 bags per household.
Be sure to grab the collection guide when picking up your bags.

Leaf bag curbside collection:
October 27th through December 6th.
