Water Dept. Offices Will Close Early on Thursday, Sept. 10th

ATTENTION ALL YOUNGSTOWN UTILITY CUSTOMERS

Please be advised that Youngstown Utility offices will close early on Thursday, September 10th, at 2:30 PM as we perform necessary computer hardware upgrades.

What you need to know:

  • Closure Start: Thursday, September 10th at 2:30 PM.
  • Re-opening Time: Friday, September 11th at 8:00 AM and the lobby will open at 9:00AM.
  • Bill Payments: You can still make payments as normal via our automated systems and online portal during this time.

We expect the upgrades to take several hours and appreciate your patience as we improve our systems to better serve you. We apologize for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause.
