Public Notice Details

• Free program for kids ages 5 to 17.
• Operates weekdays from mid-June to mid-August.
• Includes activities, sports, and field trips.
• Free breakfast and lunch provided.
• Adult supervised environment.

How to sign up:

• Print application online or applications will be at each location.

• Bring completed application to one of the following locations:

  1. Eugenia Atkinson Recreation Center
     903 Otis Street, Youngstown, OH 44510
     Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM
     Saturday, 12 PM to 3 PM
  2. Parks Department (City Hall)
     26 South Phelps Street, Youngstown, OH 44503
     Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM
