The City of Youngstown has prepared its FY 2026 Annual Action Plan for its housing and community development programs.

The proposed FY 2026 Annual Action Plan (see link below) is available for public review and comments through June 17, 2026.

Public Comments on the proposed FY 2026 Annual Action Plan may be directed to Ms. Debra Byrd by e-mail at dbyrd@youngstownohio.gov or by mail at:
