College Education Bonus

If you are member of AFSCME 2312, 911 OPBA, YPA or YPRO, and you have a college degree that you are not getting the annual bonus for, please submit the documents listed below, to my office NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 7, 2025.

To determine which degrees qualify for the bonus and the dollar amounts, please refer to your current union contract.

1. Completed and notarized affidavit (see link below)
2. Official transcripts, sealed if mailed; or digital copy sent from the University (or their transcript service) directly to my email…. mkane@youngstownohio.gov.
3. Legible copy of your diploma.

All three (3) items listed above MUST be submitted by the deadline. No exceptions or substitutions for those items are permitted.
