Phelps Street Gateway Project Complete

The final phase of the Phelps Street Sewer and Roadway Beautification Project is now complete. The "Phelps Street Gateway" was officially opened with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on October 30th. Minor design details, such as seating and landscaping planters, will be added shortly. Once the COVID-19 pandemic subsides, the Gateway is sure to become a popular Downtown destination for outdoor dining, entertainment, and social gathering.
